Cooked curry chicken for the kids today. Went to the market in the morning to buy the necessary ingredients in the local open air market (= no refrigeration for everything, including the chicken). Hmmm..had to pray for the safety of the food and make sure it was thoroughly cooked. The kids insisted on helping us with the cooking and they were a great help.
