I am not a big fan of tim tams even though anyone who knows me well enough knows how much I love chocolates. Selvy and Jane just came back from Australia and brought some tim tams for Mark who was kind and generous enough to share them with us. We took the opportunity to show a Canadian (Katrina) and Michael (our Spanish teacher) how to do the tim tam slam. Mark took lead to show them how the aussies do it. They loved it!
