Today is officially the first day for kindie in Pumamarca School. The kindie is separated into 2 groups, one for kids 4-5 year old and the other for 3 years old kids, and each group has a teacher. Most of these kids have older brothers/sisters in grades 1-6. We started off with colouring. The kids are still learning how to colour properly. We moved on to doing a handprint of each kid which was great fun! They enjoyed the handprint activity very much. After the class, the teachers took them out for some games in the field. We learnt how to sing some kids' songs in spanish too.
