ban meata fish

       

Ban Meata has started a number of projects in agriculture and one of them is fish farming. Tilapia is the fish farmed here as they are easy to farm and grow very rapidly. Our kind friend, Niphar, invited us to share a BBQ dinner with her and on the menu is tilapia fresh from the Ban Meata fish farm. We also had some meat balls and a very spicy homemade chili sauce to go with the fish. Alvin got the fire going with charcoal in a little clay stove while Niphar barbecued the fish to perfection. The barbecued fish was so fresh and juicy! Yum!!!
