Some very traditional Hue food... banh beo (steam rice cake top with shrimp and pork crackling), banh uot (steamed rice roll), cha tom (shrimp cake), banh it ram (chewy rice ball on pork crackling), banh nam (rice cake with shrimp and pork wrap in banana leaf), banh bot loc (tapioca starch with shrimp and pork fat wrap in banana leaf), and of course we tried the best known Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup, no photo)!
